MODEL RELEASE

For valuable consideration received, namely the grant of a limited license to use the Works for non-commercial portfolio purposes, I, the undersigned Model, hereby grant to DMITRY SHEVELEV (the “Photographer”), his heirs, legal representatives, assigns, and agents, the following irrevocable rights:

1. GRANT OF RIGHTS: I grant the Photographer the perpetual, worldwide, transferable, and exclusive right to use, reuse, publish, republish, alter, modify, edit, distort, composite, copyright, license, and sell any and all photographs and video recordings of me, or in which I may be included, created during the session (collectively, the “Works”), in any media now known or hereafter devised, for any purpose whatsoever, including but not limited to: commercial advertising, promotion, art, editorial, trade, publication, social media, or any other lawful purpose.

2. CONSIDERATION & MODEL’S USAGE RIGHTS: My sole consideration for this Release is the non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-commercial right to use a selection of the final Works, as provided by the Photographer, solely for the purpose of self-promotion (e.g., personal portfolio, website, composite cards, and non-commercial social media profiles). I agree to credit the Photographer when posting such Works online. I acknowledge I acquire no copyright or commercial rights to the Works.

3. WAIVER OF INSPECTION & MORAL RIGHTS: I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished Works or the manner in which they are used. I irrevocably waive any claim to so-called “moral rights” or “droit moral” I may have in connection with the Works.

4. RELEASE OF LIABILITY: I release and discharge the Photographer, his heirs, legal representatives, and assigns from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action that I may now or hereafter have for libel, defamation, invasion of privacy, right of publicity, infringement of copyright, or any other personal or property rights arising out of or in connection with the use of the Works as authorized herein.

5. REPRESENTATIONS & GOVERNING LAW: I am of full legal age and have the full right and authority to enter into this Release. This Release contains the entire agreement between the parties and shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction of the Photographer’s principal place of business. I consent to the processing of my personal data, including my image, for the purposes set forth in this Release.
